Remember though, that High Voltage doesn't employ a full time programming staff. Don't be disappointed if a suggestion you make doesn't appear on the very next day. (Almost) all suggestions are taken seriously, and we always have a long list of features waiting to be added to the system.

If you have a complaint about the system or a member, please keep the following in mind: High Voltage is run by and for its operators. The operators have taken on the responsibility to help make High Voltage a safe, fun place. If, while on the system, you find yourself being harrassed or seriously offended, don't hesitate to look around in your channel for an operator who can help you out.

Naturally, if you have a complaint regarding an operator, drop us a note. Please try to be very explicit about your complaint, citing times, dates, channels, and the exact nature of the operator's actions. Operators with multiple complaints, either from guests or other operators, will be dealt with as necessary.

• Operator account applications require 2-4 days to process. (An automated system is being developed to speed account creation). E-mail Ryan if it has been more than 4 days.
• IP addresses that have been temporarily banned will NOT be unbanned by system administrators. We place our faith in our operators to make intelligent decisions, and banning is taken very seriously. Permanent bans (lasting more than several hours) are made by system administrators upon extenuating circumstances. Banning an IP or a guest does not ban operators from that same IP, although individual operators can be banned by a group of operators or a system administrator.
• Bug reports are highly valuable and may be rewarded.
• Include your first name, last name, and online handle in every e-mail.
